Looking for flexible new client work whilst also being part of an exciting tech startup's journey? Then you've come to the right place...
Spill is a UK-based startup providing employees with unlimited, unrestricted access to mental health support through their workplace. We launched four years ago, and now support 30,000 employees across 550 companies, working with over 100 qualified mental health practitioners.
Our mission is to remove all barriers to mental health support: cost, access and availability.
To continue supporting even more people with their mental health, we’re bringing this mission to the US, starting with New York. We’re therefore looking for some superstar practitioners to be the first to join our stateside team!

We automatically add up all the work you've done each month and pay you at the beginning of the next month. No more invoicing and chasing.
You're in charge of your own availability and when you want to work. Put daily and weekly caps in place too: Spill fits around your life.
We provide regular clinical support to help you continue to grow in your practise.
Spill isn't just a place to get client work. It's also a community of mental health practitioners keen to share learnings, discuss approaches and support each other. A private Slack group means you can ask questions and celebrate successes, and there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate with the Spill team. You’ll also be a founding member of our US team of practitioners, with opportunities to give input on how we grow in the States and what kind of community we build here.
With Spill, you're not just helping individual clients. You're also helping us on our mission to make mental health support accessible to 1million more people by 2025!
Because Spill is offered through workplaces, most clients are people who have never been able to access the benefits of mental health support before. Because we make support bookable in three clicks (with no questions asked), we're breaking down the barriers to access. And because we're trying to change perceptions of mental health so that everybody feels happy talking about it, we're loud and proud about it — whether that's going on BBC News to talk about our cause or making ridiculous videos of our silly merchandise!
Spill is funded by top-tier venture capital firms Passion Capital and Seedcamp, and the companies we work with include Typeform, Acast and The Lawyerist.
