Spill is on a mission to provide therapy to the world. We're deeply passionate about removing unnecessary emotional pain!

At the start of 2020 we released our Slack integration and saw rapid growth throughout the year. This growth continued throughout 2021 where we grew from 150 to 350 companies. As we move into 2022 we have exciting plans within product and engineering to create a best in class therapy product.

Our engineering team is small but growing fast. I'm passionate about providing opportunities to those from all backgrounds. Whether this is race or gender or even educational background. We have engineers who learnt at bootcamps, computer science grads and even a couple of apprentices.

If you're passionate about writing great software and helping support thousands of people with access to therapy, then Spill is the place to be!

Let's talk about the interview process...

🐙 Intro call with an engineer

30 mins with someone from engineering

At this point we're just getting to know each other. We want to hear about your background, what you're passionate about and of course if you have any questions about Spill.

We'll take this opportunity to share with you more about what Spill does, what it's like to work here and talk a bit more about the specifics of the role.

We see this as a chance to delve into the details of some previous projects you have worked on. We think it's valuable for our engineers to be able to talk about code in detail - engineering is a collaborative discipline and communication is a huge part of this.
