Mental health and life events
You can book with Spill’s own company dedicated counsellor. Information on how to do that is here.
If you have your own counsellor, Spill will reimburse you for up to £65 per session.
Parenthood support
For reduced nursery costs we offer the workplace nursery scheme. This enables you to pay for your children's nursery using your pre-tax salary, saving you up to 45% in nursery fees.
Additionally, we provide a cash stipend of £500 per child per month to any parent with children under the age of four years old. This can be used on extended hours coverage, backup and emergency care or sick child care. This is a service paid for directly by the business so wouldn’t affect your tax liability.
Evening meal
If you’re working late you can order dinner to the office so that you don’t have to think about planning food for that evening.
